Introducing the New Faces of King’s Guest Relations Team

At King’s Resort, the guest experience is paramount, and it’s the dedicated Guest Relations Team that ensures each visitor’s stay is nothing short of spectacular. Recently, we’ve welcomed new members to our team, each bringing a unique set of skills and a rich background in hospitality and guest services. Let’s meet the team who make your stay at King’s unforgettable.

Can – With a background spanning two continents, Can brings a wealth of experience to his role at King’s Resort. Born in Germany and raised in Turkey, Can’s early exposure to diverse cultures has honed his skills in hospitality. Before joining King’s, he managed a travel agency and worked in various hotel receptions, enriching his ability to engage with guests from all walks of life. At King’s, Can is instrumental in ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with utmost care and professionalism. He says, “Guest relations is about honesty, patience, and maintaining good relationships. My goal is to organize everything our guests need in the best way possible, ensuring they always have a memorable experience.”

Tereza – With over 17 years of experience at King’s Resort, she has transitioned from her role as a Floor Manager in poker to a position in the guest relations team. Her extensive experience and passion for working with people have made her well-suited to excel in this new role.

Tereza shares her thoughts on the transition and her role: “Working with people and being part of a great team has always been enjoyable for me. Over the years, I’ve met countless guests who still visit us today, and that is wonderful. The offer to move to the guest relations sector is a joy, a challenge, and an endless learning experience for me. I am a communicative person, and I appreciate the personal approach I can give to our guests at King’s Resort. Every guest is different and requires a unique approach. Personal and individual communication is crucial for me to always find the most suitable path and the best solutions.”

Tereza speaks Czech, German, and English, which allows for smooth communication with guests from various countries. Her ability to adapt to the needs of the guests and provide them with unforgettable experiences is fundamental to maintaining the high level of service that King’s offers.

Lello – Lello’s career at King’s started in 2021, but his previous experience in guest relations and hospitality across various industries, including the nightlife sector, positions him uniquely for his role at King’s. “Taking care of guests has always been my strength, and I put my heart into every interaction,” Lello remarks. His ability to speak Italian, Spanish, and English fluently allows him to connect with guests from different backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm, efficiency and a smile no one forgets. Lello’s approach to guest relations is about creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns swiftly to enhance the overall guest experience at King’s.

Daria – Daria’s journey at King’s began at the casino reception, where her knack for management quickly led her to a supervisory role. “We aim to redefine our relationship with guests by co-working closely with casino management and ensuring a team-oriented approach,” Daria states. Her multilingual abilities in English, Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian enable her to cater effectively to a diverse clientele, ensuring they receive personalized care.

Karel – Karel has been with King’s since 2012, starting as a poker dealer and quickly moving up to more responsible roles. After gaining extensive experience across various capacities in the casino industry, he returned to King’s with a deep understanding of customer service. “My background in dealing and managing games has provided me with unique insights into what guests truly value during their stay,” Karel explains. Fluent in Czech, English, and conversant in German, Karel leverages his language skills to enhance guest interactions, making every encounter at King’s both welcoming and professional.
